All terms and conditions on this page are applicable to retail customers only. For wholesale and customization please refer this page.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver purchases to any country worldwide. Expected average transit time is 4-15 business days. The price provided in "Your order" is the preliminary price, and it can be changed by seller according to total order weight and dimensions. We send the parcels to our clients with YYY service. We do the best for our customers in order to provide for the shortest terms of delivery. However we can't be responsible for delays of our partners performing shipment and delivery services. In the case of loss or damage we'll refund or provide you the new piece of the same product or other product of the same price from our range on customer's request.


Tracking

Usually tracking numbers are available but sometimes not. Please check the availability of tracking numbers for your country.


Security

We use only payment methods and systems that are highly secure. We do not keep the credit card details on our server. We encrypt all data transmitted with systems that are timely updated to the industrial standard.


Customs

In many countries customs require customs declaration CN23; we fill this customs declaration for orders as needed. Meanwhile because the regulations in different countries can differ greatly and due to language barriers and absence of local regulations on international level, it is only on the responsibility of the customer to be aware of local regulations and customs rules in force in the geographical area of address of destination. Our company doesn't pay any costs and fees related to additional management, handling or any other actions that arise from inconsistency with local customs rules and regulations as well as import taxes; such inconsistency can't be the reason for refunding full or partial value of goods in the order.


Return and refund

Our customers can claim the return of the purchase during XX days from the day of sell. After this period, unfortunately we can't make a refund. For return and refund the product should be in its original packaging and have the same appearance, properties and functionality as it was received. Washing, cleaning and any other treatment of the product are not allowed. Customer has to deliver the purchase to the seller.

The return will be approved based on the next reasons:
— the product is damaged in delivery;
— the product does not function as described in specification;
— incorrect/wrong item, i.e. not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color);
— missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging;
— website error, i.e. the product does not match the website specifications, description, or image.

The cases that are not eligible for return and/or refund, but not limited to, as follows:
— inconsistency with local regulations, customs rules;
— import taxes and additional charges;
— non-sellable condition, presence of usage marks;
— perished products;
— discounted/sale items;
— items purchased with promotional codes;
— customer's inability to receive the parcel;
— incorrect shipping and delivery information provided by customer;

To claim the return and/or refund write to hello@domain.com within not more than 30 days after delivery. Please request the return and/or refund first. Items sent back to the seller without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the request for return was approved, the customer has to send the item(s) to the seller within 7 days. For the return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we received the returned purchase and revised it, the customer will receive the report about the revision and the next steps. If applicable, a refund can take 30 calendar days, and the same payment method will be used as for purchase. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.


Exchange

We can replace items in the case of damage or defect. Please write to hello@domain.com and send item(s) to us. To return your product, you should mail your product to:
Address of seller

Customer will bear the costs of delivery to the seller. These costs are non-refundable.

Tracking and insurance are also on the responsibility of the customer. Otherwise it is possible that we will not receive your parcel.


Lost or stolen parcels

The seller is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. On request, we'll confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping information for the customer to investigate.
